Our developers have rolled a fix for the Card Payment issues. If you continue to have issues please contact support who can advise.

Identified

We are currently investigating a number of reports for Card Payments made via the portal, showing an error.

If you receive an error when attempting to make a card payment, please do not retry. We will reconcile these transactions manually and follow up with personally with any truly failed payments.

This does not effect Direct Debits.
